1. Services

kunsttech provides web design and development services for creative professionals including photographers, artists, designers, and musicians.

All services are provided as described in our service packages. Delivery times and pricing are specified for each service.

Payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about your project.

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project.

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

Major scope changes after project commencement may require repricing.

30 days of post-launch support is included with our Portfolio Website service.

Support covers bug fixes and technical issues, not new features or design changes.

Extended support packages are available separately.
